Here’s a poem inspired by your idea of online fairness as a traffic light system:
The Hidden Signs > Poem <
On roads we see the signs ahead,
A limit marked, in white and red.
If warnings flash, we slow, we pause,
We understand the written laws.
But online streets are not so clear,
The rules are whispered, hard to hear.
A single word, a hasty post,
Can summon lawmen like a ghost.
Should not the web, like roads we tread,
Show amber lights, not strike with dread?
A gentle warning: Think again,
Before it turns to harsher pain.
Green for peace, for truth, for light,
Amber glowing—check it’s right.
Red when lines are truly crossed,
A guide for all, not freedoms lost.
Then police, with time set free,
Could guard the land more carefully.
And all who speak would clearly see,
Fair signs for you, fair signs for me.
